Thank you for your question.

Question:

How can I delete customers data and images that are inactive from system.
-------------------

Answer:
-------------------
You cannot delete customer data from the system because it is needed for reporting purposes. You can mark a customer as inactive in Customer File Maintenance and they will no longer appear in the customer selection lists. You can also archive older transaction data one year at a time starting with the oldest year for which you have data. You can choose to remove any inactive customers at that time. We recommend upgrading to the latest version of Scrap Dragon before purging any data. You can call our help desk at 855-9-dragon for assistance in running the purge.
