ID Scanner Troubleshooting:
• close scrap dragon
• go to C:\Program Files\Thales\Gemalto Document Reader SDK x64\3.7.1.18\Bin - open Reader Expo
• see if the bottom progress bar either turns to yellow (Asleep) or green (ready)
• if it doesnt load for a minute, reboot pc
• upon reboot, do not open scrap dragon, open reader expo, and see if the ID scanner process turns green
• if it is green, select the CR5400 scheme, and drop an ID card in the reader
• this "wakes" it up
• close reader expo
• open scrap dragon
• it should now work
