You may see this error In the jpegger Multiviewer or in Scrap Dragon Classic when renewing a Texas Cash Card application.  The problem is that there is not an adobe pdf reader installed.  The pdf documents are associated with the Microsoft Edge browser and will open in that browser but not in our programs.  The solution is to download and install the Adobe PDF Reader, but not the DC (cloud) version.  The link is here:

After downloading and installing, open the application and set Adobe as the default viewer for pdf documents.
