OHDPS reporting requires TLS 1.2+ beginning February 2026

When running the standalone OHDPS reporting system you may get the error "could not establish secure channel for SSL/TLS with authority 'services.dps.ohio.gov". This is caused by the change at OHDPS that requires TLS 1.2+.  The solution is to install the latest OHDPS reporting program Version 4.  There is no setup, just copy the 4 files from the FTP site and overwrite the existing files.  Contact the help desk to get assistance.  Note that the new version requires .NET 4.8 to run.  If this isn't supported, there is a temporary workaround which will only be available until mid May 2026.  See the attached odpsletter2.pdf for instructions.
