ScanShell 800R Not Responding

ScanShell 800R Not Responding

1. Unplug the device
2. Close Scrap Dragon
3. Plug the device back in
4. Restart Scrap Dragon



Issues with the ScanShell 800r not responding often occur because it is not configured properly in Windows.  In Windows Control Panel; Devices & Printers, right click on the ScanShell 800r icon and then on Scan Properties.  Click on the Events tab and then choose 'do nothing' when the button on the scanner is pressed.  Save & exit.
