We no longer provide the link to download the ScanShell SDK as we are only allowed to provide this to customers that have purchased from us. Please contact our Help Desk for the latest version.
Some versions of the SDK will cause the license image to appear squeezed in Scrap Dragon Classic because of the way that the SDK handles Scan Height and Scan Width. There are 2 options to correct this:
- For Scrap Dragon versions 7.2q and later, there is a check box to reverse H & W in Back Office; Maintenance; Setup; Local Computer Options; Peripherals tab.
- For older versions of Scrap Dragon using SDK versions 10.0.21 and later, you can add the following line to the [Scanner Setting] section of slib.ini file which is found in c:\Program Files(86)\Card Scanning Solutions\SDK
