Unresolved BI report file names

When running a BI report you may get a message 'Unable to resolve file name' with a specific file name specified.  Some of the shipping report files are not included and need to be added to the Stand Alone Report Server.  A zip file of known shipping reports is attached.  Unzip the contents into \\servername\inetpub\wwwroot\StandAloneReportServer\Reports folder.
